Our story

How this started.

The Jewish Executive Network invites students to spend a semester inside a private network of accomplished Jewish professionals.

It was founded on a simple observation:

There are two exceptional communities that rarely interact, yet have so much to offer one another.

On one side is a community of accomplished professionals who have achieved significant success while living lives deeply grounded in Jewish values.

On the other side is a generation of ambitious university students — driven to succeed professionally, seeking guidance, mentorship, and access to networks that can help them reach the top.

When we bring these two communities together, the synergy is extraordinary.

Students gain direct access to invaluable mentorship, a powerful professional network, and exceptional career opportunities. Our members gain the opportunity to invest in, mentor, and form genuine relationships with the next generation of leaders.

The Jewish Executive Network is that bridge.

We are a private network of professionals united by a common purpose: to achieve the highest levels of professional excellence grounded in Jewish values — and to empower exceptional students who share that ambition.

Our mission

Lifting up the next generation.

The Jewish Executive Network connects ambitious Jewish college students with a community of accomplished Jewish executives. Over a semester, students build genuine relationships, learn the real-world secrets to success, and gain a network that lasts long after graduation, all grounded in shared Jewish values and a sincere desire to lift up the next generation.

How we run it

Three things we don't compromise on.

  • Relationships before transactions

This is not a career fair. Six gatherings across a semester, small groups and shared meals, so people actually get to know each other.

  • A small cohort on purpose

20 students each semester. Wide enough for real range, small enough that every student gets genuine access to every executive.

  • No cost

Students who attend five of the six events and complete the capstone receive a $500 stipend.

The team

Talk to a person.

There is no automated pipeline here. Every application is read by someone on our team, every student we accept has a real conversation with us first, and every executive who reaches out hears back from a person.

Questions about eligibility, the schedule, or whether this is a fit for you are all welcome before you apply.

Next step

Connect with the network.

Applications are open, and free to apply. If you're an executive who wants to help, we would love to hear from you.
